This 2′ x 3′ poster was a key element in an internal campaign at all Xerox facilities to reduce the incidence of back injuries, which had become an epidemic company-wide, mainky due to people lifting 25-50 lb. boxes of copier paper incorrectly. The program resulted in a 42

5 reducing in those injuries by the end of the first year of the initiative.
